Delaine has 20 years of experience in hospice and home health billing and revenue cycle management. Delaine supports the ARCM team of expert home health, hospice and palliative care billers across the country in their servicing of clients throughout the US and Puerto Rico. Focused on efficient, accurate billing and prompt collections, our goal is to get agencies paid in a predictable cycle that allows agencies to thrive while accomplishing the goal of serving their community.
