From day one, we’ve been a fully remote organization, but that hasn’t stopped us from building a strong, connected and purpose-driven team. Together, we’ve created something bigger than any one individual: a company rooted in support, growth and shared success.

Each year, we take time to celebrate what we’ve built together. Our team gathers in New Orleans for several days of professional development, team-building and well-earned appreciation. We reflect on what we’ve accomplished, set goals for what’s ahead and connect face-to-face over dinner, laughter and gratitude. It’s a moment to say thank you and to look forward with purpose.
One year, after surpassing an ambitious growth goal, we took that celebration even further. Our leadership kept their promise to take the team to Maui—an unforgettable retreat that included team members, spouses and even children. It was a reflection of how much we value the people behind our success.
