About the Position:

*Home Health Billing Experience is Required*

Advanced Revenue Cycle Management (ARCM) is seeking an outgoing, proactive candidate possessing proficient knowledge of all areas of the revenue cycle as it pertains to Home Health. ARCM will not consider any applicants not reflecting 1-3 years’ experience within the Home Health field.

Duties will include daily engagement with clients and other Team members, working in various areas of the revenue cycle. Applicant should be proficient with CMS rules and regulations as pertains to billing and reimbursement, as well as functioning through billing, posting payments, and working through appeals and redeterminations for commercial and Medicaid payors.

Other requirements and preferences:

· Proficient in Medicare, Medicare Advantage and Commercial billing and payment rules

· Multistate and multi-EMR experience a plus

· Exemplary written and verbal communication skills

· Problem-solving skills

· Basic Excel and other Microsoft Suite product knowledge

· Comfortable with technology, (e.g., working within the Cloud, Zoom, and various payor portals)

This is a fully remote full-time salaried position with an established company providing revenue cycle services to agencies throughout the US. Applicants should be US-based and eligible to work within the US. Rare travel may be a possibility.
