Role Description
ARC is looking for an Account Executive (AE) to join our high-growth sales team. The AE is responsible for growing new RCM related business for the Home Health, Hospice and Palliative business units of ARC throughout the US. This will be accomplished by effectively developing and managing customer relationships and executing the sales process, including lead generation and working with partners and channels as needed. Track the status and activities of all assigned accounts and opportunities in the appropriate CRM and tracking systems as well as generate necessary reporting. Manage customer relationships by ensuring proper setting of expectations and responding to escalated customer issues.
Principal Functions of the Job
- Work directly with the President on go-to-market, sales and marketing initiatives
- Proactively work to generate new qualified prospects, promptly respond to all provided sales leads, and conduct all sales activities in an aggressive, upbeat, proactive fashion. Primary objective is to attain sales quota.
- Prospecting for and qualifying sales leads
- Listen to and understand the needs of the client/prospective client
- Develop industry and regulatory knowledge of Hospice, Home Health and Palliative Care
- Familiarize and gain perspective on competitors, client technologies utilized and various industry organizations
- Identify, define and successfully navigating complex, multidisciplinary, C-Level sales processes including CEO, COO, CNO, CFO, DON and Administrators.
- Collaborate, as appropriate, with ARC’s CEO and service line leaders on joint sales efforts
- Attend and participate in various industry-related conferences
- Track the status and activities of all assigned accounts and prospects in ARC’s CRM (Pipedrive) and shared pipeline reports
- Be able to explain the circumstances and situations in any account being pursued with accurate and current information as to the status/strategy, budget cycles, personnel, etc., and be able to state the strategy for winning the business.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline
- Make efforts to responsibly manage expenses related to site visits by planning ahead of time, conducting multiple account visits per trip, etc.
- Communicate with the RCM service and delivery team to ensure smooth new client transitions and onboarding
- Assist with strategic partnerships and sales channels when appropriate
- Manage customer relationships by ensuring proper setting of expectations and responding to escalated customer issues.

Required Education and/or Experience
- BS/BA preferred
- Minimum 5 years successful track record of sales preferred
- Results driven individual with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quota
- Strong hunter and consultative sales experience
- Excellent organization, follow through, and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to communicate and navigate the C-Suite (CNO, CEO, CFO)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people
- Microsoft Office experience
- Pipedrive or similar CRM experience
- Monday.com Work Management or similar project management software experience
- Must be able to travel up to 25%
- Able to work in a fast paced sometimes stressful environment
- Must have access to a major airport
- Ability to work remotely
Compensation
The compensation package includes an attractive base, commissions and other perks.
