"I started out working in the LTC industry and spent 11 years there. I moved on to the non-profit sector. Years passed, and I wanted to spend more time with my family. A hospice company was hiring in my hometown, so I applied, got the job and have been in the hospice industry since. I find my job very rewarding. I am able to focus on making sure claims are accurately billed and reimbursed so my clients can focus on caring for their patients. It is very rewarding."

"I began my career in Home Health Care and worked in that field for ten years. In 2009, I was offered a position in Hospice billing. I then fell in love with the position and the industry. In 2010, my grandfather went into hospice care. At that time, I had begun to understand the hospice staff's compassion and empathy for their patients and families. Today, I strive to do my absolute best to ensure our clients are reimbursed accurately and timely so they can continue to care for their patients."

"In my past experiences with physician billing, my main role was billing for a large community-based palliative care program. With ARCM, I continue to specialize in palliative care billing. I enjoy being able to help our clients operate these programs in addition to their hospice services. My connection to hospice and palliative care became more personal when my own sister and mother needed hospice care. If was wonderful to see the hospice team's passion for providing excellent care and support during a tough time."
